Salmedina Beer Hall in Seville offers an outstanding dining experience, blending traditional Andalusian cuisine with hints of Cádiz. Its menu stands out for the freshness of its seafood, including marinated prawns, clams in marinera sauce, and the Salmedina rice. In addition, they offer a selection of wines, with particular attention to wines from Sanlúcar. The service is attentive and professional, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere in the heart of the city.

Reservation required — it was completely full. We arrived without a booking and had to wait a while, but fortunately a couple finished their meal early and we were seated. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. We loved everything we ate. The highlight 👸 was the marinated prawns. 👍👍 The seafood croquettes were delicious, and the cheesecake was spectacular. 👍 The marinated tomato with tuna was amazing (with an incredible dipping oil), and the amontillado-style calamari.
😐 We had expected the gildas to come with anchovy cubes (as we had seen in photos).

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE! I never expected it to be like this, in fact, I’ve walked by many times before without it catching my attention, but it turned out to be a real discovery. They specialize in seafood, using the freshest ingredients, cooked with such care that you can taste it in every bite. It’s a bit pricier than average, but once you experience the quality of the dishes, the flavors of the tapas, and the attentive service, you realize every euro is more than justified.
The staff are friendly and always make sure you have everything you need. They’re quick to serve whatever you fancy. It’s an experience that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended, it’s become one of my favorites.
And while everything was absolutely delicious, a special mention goes to the prawns, they were so good I almost cried.
